Marketing
and PR Team Expanding Their Reach
In an effort to remain one of the most talented and well rounded
marketing and public relations teams in the sport, Jory Elliott
and Bruce Mehlenbacher continue to pursue other opportunities while
continuing to focus on the Northern Force marketing campaign.
Jory Elliott, Northern Force Racing’s Marketing Director
since May of 2006, has developed a talent for writing and has been
rewarded for those abilities with his work currently published through
two different forms of media.
Due to his background in the sport and passion for what he does,
Elliott was recommended as a candidate for the lead contributor
of drag racing editorial content for Canada’s leading monthly
motorsport magazine, Inside Track Motorsport News. Since accepting
the lead editorial position his role has been broadened to include
the development of additional advertising business dedicated to
that section of the magazine.
Jory was also recognized for his online writing presence through
his work with FastMachines.com and was approached by TJ Pruitt,
creator of DragCoverage.com, about becoming the Managing Editor
for the site. In this position Elliott heads up the sites coverage
of National and International Hot Rod Association national events,
as well he contributes editorial content relevant to current events
taking place in the sport. “Jory has been a great addition
to Drag Coverage.” says TJ Pruitt. “Since posting his
first article on the site in late January we have received excellent
reviews regarding his work.”
Bruce Mehlenbacher, Director of Media Relations for Northern Force,
has also been busy working with several other teams over the course
of the off season and at select events to start the 2007 season.
Mehlenbacher’s love for the sport and his continuous desire
to be involved provides him the opportunity to work with several
different teams. This involvement is integral for him in maintaining
his position as one of the foremost PR people in North America.
“We are so lucky to have Bruce as part of our team. What he
brings to the table is a wealth of knowledge and contacts that will
enable us to give our sponsors first rate media coverage.”
said Bob Elliott, Team Owner of Northern Force Racing. “I
am lucky enough to have known Bruce for more than 25 years now and
he is one of the best in the business when it comes to what he does.”
