Jory is the second generation of the Elliott family to take the controls of a high-horsepowered drag race machine, following in the footsteps of his Hall of Fame inducted father.

Jory had already built a strong reputation in the industry as a freelance writer and marketing professional before ever getting behind the wheel of a race car. He's been published in industry leading publications such as National Dragster, led efforts at Delaware Speedway that resulted in an 85% growth in annual partnership sales to $200,000, and created the most successful event in the 65 year history of the facility, grossing more than $250,000 in a single day.

In the 15 years he has been in competition, Elliott has become a consistent and strong presence on the track, having won six times, including in both NHRA and IHRA competition.

Jory also founded the mental health initiative, Lift The Visor, which aims to create more awareness and support for those facing mental health challenges in the motorsports community.
